No sound patch

If you hear no intro sounds or Quacksounds since the last Steam-update it means that something has changed in your config file.

Here is a patch that will fix the no sound problem.
When you run it it will close Steam (if running), create a back-up off your config file and then add the missing command: cl_restrict_server_commands "0".

Server_Admin_Commands_With_Audio_Patch

The patch is virusfree! I've scanned the patch with anti-virus before I posted it here.
